How do you like your steak cooked?

[Skym]

Hello Merbites,
Simple question,
How do you like your steak cooked?
Blue Rare? Medium Rare? Well done?

Anyways, let's discuss!

Pull out the horns, wipe its ass, and slap it on a plate.

It all depends if it is a ribeye, a filet mignon or a t-bone but i usually swing between medium and medium rare

might not be the best forum to declare you like it raw.

Now I'm craving a steak at nearly 2 in the morning!!

The Cut of meat and quality impact the doneness. A good quality steak rare. A grocery store tbone medium with lots of marinade.

I agree, which reminds me of an old joke.

A man arrives home from work to find his wife sliding down the banister totally naked and he asks,
honey, what are you doing ?

The wife answers,

Im warming up your dinner.

Medium. Everyone makes a big deal about medium-rare but it comes out a bit cold for my tastes. If I wanted cold, I'd just eat a roast beef sandwich.
