It can also help men with the "wiring." I say all things in moderation, including porn. It is neither inherently bad nor inherently good. Also, it's worth noting that some women like porn (and/or they like the effect that it has on their man).
A LOT of women enjoy porn. Hell, a lot of them are addicted to porn too. Particularly women 30 and younger.

When I was a teen and learned how to use torrents, I was downloading like crazy and collecting Every video/picture That I liked.
I accumulated about 1TB of porn all organized into categories and names. It kept increasing. I noticed that I would rarely rewatch a video, I would more look for new material. I decided to delete all it except my own sex videos
Now I have about 10GB of my favourite stuff but streaming is so much better.

Bravo. That is less than 60 min of footage at standard 4k.
I need to organize and purge my collection (now a couple TB), but whenever I start...I just end up whacking off.
