Mais c'est comme un de mes resto préféré de Montréal, le Izakaya Kazu près de Guy Concordia (tiens tiens.. pas loin de mon nouveau incall en fait) a aussi toujours une très longue file d'attente... Ça m'empêche d'y aller

J’ai grandi près du Bilboquet, je connais très bien les sorbets! C’est délicieux, mais ça ne remplace pas la crème glacée.

I confess that I have been reading the XO thread for the last few days and I am appalled by the lack of empathy by some clients for the challenging working condition of SW's.

It's honestly very depressing, but nothing that surprises me. I participate in discussions like these on this forum once in a while because I feel like it's important for clients to know the truth and have a nuanced perspective. Maybe that makes me annoying. It is incredibly disheartening and exhausting sometimes, but I feel more detached right now than I did a few months ago. I understand that some people won't change
