Feeling guilty

So i want to talk about something.

I consider myself a very ugly man. I am pushing 50, losing my hair, kind of fat and i have a small dick. Everytime i go meet an SP i see in their eyes that ... it's going to be difficult for them. I hate to see that. I really wish i could be a good looking man but it's me and i will never be able to change.
The thing is that i never had a girlfriend in my life. It's very difficult for me to even consider talking to a woman. So i tend to use the services of escorts everytime i have an urge. And i cant get over the fact that i feel guilty for them. I feel guilty to make them do that for me.

It is completely normal for our body to change, lose hair, or carry extra weight as we age. This is just a standard part of the human experience, not a personal failure, and it doesn't change our values and who we are. When we are hyper-critical of ourselves, we project our own fears onto other people.

The SPs you meet are running a professional business. They don’t care about physical "perfection". They care infinitely more about a client who is exceptionally clean, respectful and kind. Those are the traits that make someone a great client.

There's lots you can do about it but the main issue is gonna be the critical view of yourself. Work out, lose some weight, get a style makeover, whatever. It won't do anything if you are beating yourself up about your flaws (which you can never fully eliminate, and everyone has them).

Be clean, respectful, on-time, and pay without being asked and you'll be aces in any providers book. There's a ton of guys that look like hot shit that providers hate to see bc they're missing some (or all) of those criteria, even if they have a big dick or are handsome af.

Find a provider you have fun with and worry less about how you look in their eyes and more about how you make them feel with your words and actions.

I agree with everything that @twenty4seven said.

Providing the SP all the necessary respect and requirements for a perfect encounter will give you lot of cookie points.

But if you still have that "guilt", you can also start the topic as part of your introduction (but you don't need to be so harsh on yourself) and I'm sure the SP would understand you and ease your feelings.

It is no brainer. Make decent money, dress well, be smart, entertaining and generous and you will have success with civilian girls. This might not be a popular view point with most post telling to lose some weight, get in shape ect... Maybe you should go see a therapist and get some tools to learn
how to love yourself. Those tools might help you with how you are felling and allowing to enjoy other people in and out of this hobby.

From my pov, getting in shape is part of my routine and results are only good collateral damages. I never had goals when I started training, I just love it along with all the good people I meet. For me, it’s just the way I wanted to age and be able to live an active long life (I know nothing is guaranteed).

You probably had all good reasons in the world to become an incell but as the bottle you sent, you seem to have introspection. I went through about the same in my younger years and the problem was not women nor my physicality… It was my attitude toward life in general. I left some negative mind in the closet and went in about for every adventure opportunities I could get involved (changed pretty much all my friends, did new activities, etc)

I didn’t change everything but enough to bring some fun factor without waiting or expecting anything from life and then…you suddenly find that every key has its hole.

Ok, this obviously worked for me and didn’t end like a fairy tale. I am still not the most happy man in the world but it changed me for a better version.
