Totally right on that. She got too greedy.
Insurance and ARC are the last thing you want to screw with in this business.
They can scam the patrons, tax the girls or withhold their passport, do renovation without permits, have signs in English only, operates in residential zoning.
Just don't submit a form to get reimbursed or refunded.
I know people were passing strip club receipts on their business expenses. Some strip clubs only have a number instead of a name so Quebec Inc - 902749 where you had lunch could make sense

Insurance companies regularly hire private investigators to find fraud esp disability and injury fraud. They will camp outside your work and home to see if you can really walk around normally if you say you are disabled and can't walk.

There are some real and legit steakhouses attached or inside strip clubs. Some of course could charge your credit card using the steakhouse name and then you can expense that. Companies don't care as it's the feds that would have to audit them and you can't really tell if you didn't get the food.
