-Typical accusations of escorts facilitating adultery and/or spreading STD's. Fall apart after scrutiny as the exact same accusations can be levied against those engaging in casual sex/hook-ups.
-Possibility of some girls being victims of sexual trafficking.
-Envious females who resent escorts for reducing the pool of potential financial providers, any competition is bad.
Now I don't understand, where is it written that its taboo to see escorts? I find it to be perfectly normal and one of the best things in life. Not to mention its considered the oldest profession out there. I sure don't hide it from anyone. My mom even knows. I tell everyone. I am not ashamed nor do I find it to be taboo. Escorting is a profession to be praised not frowned upon.

Honestly, I think along the same lines as you but need to practice discretion as to with whom I'm able to be that sincere.
