I think the urologist it's for when you have a problem to get diagnosed or fixed which it's not your case.
The sexologist might help as he/she will help you on the psychology side.

Point 2 with your "larger than average" size experience is not really helping or making things even worse. I think OP is saying that it's pass the attraction part how to handle the apparent disappointment.
Done my research too and there are methods.
One being permanent but requires surgery the other which is kind of like Botox but mainly increases the grit and needs "filling" every 3-5 years.
Luckily the worst I had was just some muddy puddles where he tried to drink some dark water ... He had more fun seeing me running after him for not drinking it though lol
