I don’t believe they are requiring test at port of entry even when selected. You have 24 hours to take the test if required.
Practically speaking you can depart Canada back to US due to no negative test requirement if flying and there is no testing requirement for driving.
Really not a big...
BoA may have a per transaction limit in addition to the daily limit.
One can just go to another ATM as long as your bank’s daily limit is not breached.
That would be a better option than carrying cash thru airport security/across the border.

There hasn't been a need to quarantine since the border was reopened last year unless you test positive on a post-arrival test. Been to Quebec 5 times since reopening without any hinderance other than having to do the post-arrival test if selected.
Certain Walgreens in Vermont offer ID NOW which is a molecular test accepted for entry into Canada. In any case it should be a moot point come April 1.
Some Walgreens ask for ID while others don’t. So technically even Canadians or non-documented individuals can get the test without charge. YMMV
I’ve been in FKKs multiple times per year for 10 years as well. The rates you describe are NOT pre Covid. If you were charged that then you have been scammed by the girls and nothing to do with Asian mongers. Yes Asian mongers will pay more but the number of Asian mongers visiting is a small...
Completely disagree.
Sure you'll find an Asian contingent at all clubs but numbers are always less than 5% whether you are in Hessen or NRW. Vast majority of room visits are still local Germans. There is no way 5% is going to set the price for the entire market.
Now if you happen to be Asian...
Nothing illegal about it as you have the option of booking a more flexible rate. This is same as non-refundable airline tickets.
The hotel may be willing to work with you in providing the non-refundable charges as a credit towards an alternate stay.
FWIW I haven't experience any differences in Pre at all recently or anytime this year vs. pre-2020. Only time laptop/jacket/liquid comes out is if Pre lane is outside operating hours.
Bring regular backup just in case. While the app accepts, the restaurant accepting is YMMV. A couple of places were hesitant to even scan the code in Apple Wallet.
Went thru NEXUS lane recently at Highway 15 and questioning was more straightforward than the trip prior which resulted in a vehicle/personal effect search. Was given a test kit to be done with 24 hours instead of at the border. The test only took 15 minutes instead of previous 30 minute now...
