Do travelers still have to quarantine

With vaccine passport going away in Montreal, do travelers still have to quarantine?

I am actually thinking of bringing my nieces there from the states for a weekend, but if we have to sit in a hotel for 24hrs, that kind of ruins it.

We're all vaccinated.

There hasn't been a need to quarantine since the border was reopened last year unless you test positive on a post-arrival test. Been to Quebec 5 times since reopening without any hinderance other than having to do the post-arrival test if selected.
