Don't forget the technology is way better now, in terms of filming. Before they had to use green screen for all the cockpit scenes. Now, they can actually fit the camera inside the cockpit, and film it real. It's not the actor flying the plane of course (he's sitting in the passenger seat)...

Actually, the show that really changed the TV narrative was The Sopranos (1999)...nine years before Breaking Bad (2008). And it's still arguably the best TV series ever. I love Breaking Bad as well...but can't beat the GOAT, imho.

That season doesn't disappoint. Easily the best season of that series so far. Both Eddie and Vecna are amazing additions to the show.

Martian was good (saw it at least twice in theatres, lol). I think the next "big" event for theatres will be Avatar 2. That's yet another movie that's "must-see" see in theatres (especially in IMAX 3D). I don't think it'll beat Top Gun 2 for me, but for sure I'll at least check it out once...

They already renewed it for season 2, which isn't surprising given how good the ratings were. Maybe it won't go as long as the original series, but there'll be two seasons at least. I think it'll probably branch out more once the time jump happens.

I think a huge shake-up is coming mid-way into the season. Don't get overly attached to any characters: this is Game of Thrones after all, lol :D
