Actually USAID, for example, provides war relief in Ukraine and in Africa it promotes peace building and democracy and provides vaccinations, treatment for HIV and malaria, supplying food, shelter, and food. In other words humanitarian aid to suffering people around the world.

What does any of this have to do with the activities of USAID humanitarian aid like providing anti-viral meds to HIV patients or feeding starving children?
