My best resource was right on MERB, Sp change alot so seeing a review from three years ago wont resemble what you get now. Agenies are get to ask they will put you with sp's that are comfortable so that helps but like LC18 said well know active girls on merb can be a great first time experience.

I tend to lean towards jewelry or clothing(assuming you know size) that they can use for their work. Gift cards are nice but in my experience lack the wow effect. Nice jewelry also tends to waive the upsell for CIM or greek if they really like it.
