I remember it well it was probably the most exciting live downhill race ever seen in TV history. Was terrifying to watch as Klammer, with all pressure on him to make up a lot of time, skied aggressively, and almost lost control a few times at dizzying speeds!

Yes sir, Kaiser Franz...the greatest downhill skier of all time and the master of the Hahnenkam (full lenght Streif course) mountain in Kitzbuhel, Austria. The most dangerous and intense FIS downhill course in the world. He won at Kitzbuhel 4X (the full lenght Streif course) a record that will most likely never be broken!

Crinon did get the better of Wilson, but in a 10-2 loss it was the only win France got, and more importantly Wilson showed McKinnon and everyone else on his team that he has their backs.

Nobody was expecting France to be compétitive, but nobody expected Wilson getting the ragdoll treatment neither! I have to admit, it was quite satisfying! Lol
