yea right... and if anyone wonder if there's a possibility of "takeout" not only is it possible, but it's on lggy! gotta love that kind of generosity
I will be there only if I have a dental plan in place or if my body guard isn't booked with someone else that evening.

I would like also to know the date. On another thread a member once suggested that it could be nice to have a (pre) GT at Le Milsa on Bishop street. I was there saturday night with friends from Brazil and we had a lot of fun. Knowing the date of the GT I could reserve a table (outside) for 6 or 10 persons.
Count me in for a GT and for Le Milsa also. Always wanted to try it out and this seems like a great chance to do that! Of all the dates suggested I think that Saturday the 19th would be the perfect choice. It's one week after the GP and the week before St-Jean. How's that sound to everyone?

Those who are interested for a meal at Le Milsa before the GT can PM me (because I know that sometimes some people want to keep it private). I have already the name of a hobbyist on this thread and probably one of another hobbyist who will be back from the South. I don't know how many person will attend that supper but I think that I should limit the number of guests to 10. Does it seems fair? Saturday 19th at 6:30pm.

If it's the 19th I can guarantee you there won't be many out of towners attending. A couple of us checked hotel prices for that weekend and they're almost as high as the previous GP weekend, apparently they're keeping the rates high heading into Jazz Fest. Now mid July appears to be when the prices are coming down substantially so that would be my suggestion if you're looking for the best turn out, but of course it's up to everyone else, just making a suggestion
I understand that you can get a reasonable price at the Econolodge on St. Dominique. The problem for some of us with a mid-July date is that it would be awfully close to the date of the proposed Devilish party.
Never again!! As for the Devilish party, there hasn't been a mention of it in quite some time so I'd be surprised if it were happening when it was scheduled.
Another problem is that many tourists (like myself) are not interested in staying at any Econolodge, whether it's on St-Dominique or downtown.
