About the lack of photos on agency websites

In later years i noticed more and more agencies have girls without photos. Altough it happened 10 years ago for a day or 2, maybe even a week at most, it never remained that way. There was always a few selfies or something first until she could do the photoshoot in the style of the agency. (Agencies often use the same photographers to keep an uniformed look). I wonder if the pictureless girls are as book as they would with pics, or if they are as much as other girls? Sometimes a girl can have FACE OUT pictures at an agency then go no pics at all at another. Sure its possible "something happened" and she want to go more UTR but if she keep the same name... well, i kinda rule out that explanation.

So im just wondering, is this pure lazyness? Pure "don't care" if you prefer. Or maybe neither agency or the SP herself wanting to pay the photograph for pro pics? Is it because tatoos are becoming a lot more all over the place than 10-15 years ago (couple with online presences on instagram or such) and girls fear more being recognized. Maybe a combination of the last 2 (avoiding non pro pics for anonimity and pro pics for cost).

I know agencies may send pics to clients they know in private but altough sometimes its great as they even may give you a face pics that otherwise wouldn't be public, i do feel its an extra step and im always uncomfortable when asking these because lets say she ain't my type, then its so awkward to say it.

Also a guy like me does limited bookings per years. So usually ill spend a lot of time reading reviews, looking at all pics and then i will narrow it down to 3-4 choices and will hope one of them in available the day i go in Montreal (when its a planned event like music show or convention). If there was 1 or 2 girls without pics it wouldn't be a huge issue, but for instance i wouldn't see myself asking an agency for pics of 6-7 girls, they may consider this "time wasting" especially if ultimately i narrow my choice on none of them. In my case its even more complicated as i have no data on my cellphone, so it must be done by email. Some agencies been accomodating, but i been "ghosted" by another.

I just feel stats don't mean much. You can have 3 girls that are blonde, 115 lb, 34D and they will look extremely different from each other. (Also age listed is getting more and more disparity i noticed over the years, like someone who been doing it for 8 years, started at 22, yet is somehow still 24...)

Is it only me that is a bit bothered by this situation? Do you feel (some) agencies should put a bit more efforts into their pictures?

Unless a girl has insane stats, I do not even bother with profiles that don't have a photo. I simply skip over and never look back (until they have a photo).

100% with you on this one. But for the record: more effort in the pictures strictly means posting pics in a timely fashion if possible! It certainly doesn’t mean touching them up beyond all recognition!!!

What bothers me is how they insist on touching up the pictures they do send you way, WAY beyond what’s necessary for anonymity (removing ink and blurring faces). And don’t get me started on eternal youth and flattering stats… It’s not bait and switch per se, but that culture of fake stats and doctored pictures definitely fosters wrong expectations and disappointment.

Bad for johns who feel taken advantage of.
Bad for the girls who have to deal with those disappointed johns firsthand.

In a perfect world yes... But if agency just give me a general feel then its fine...

I guess if you saw American Pie Apply the rule of 3. Joke asides just a general look is better than nothing.

From my experience with working at spas, stats are just branding.. it's like casting in a movie. :) sometimes it's exaggerated tho and the providers have to pay for the mistake their boss made.

It's normal to have flattering professional photos done in this industry.. we kinda have to be models and we are our own brand. But it's true that some photographers go way beyond what's necessary, slimming someone down/changing their body shape. It's not the girls fault it's usually the photographer who chooses to do this..

Ironically, pictures aren’t even all that relevant in the end anyway.

You indulge in this hobby long enough, you eventually figure out that the best sessions you’ve ever had rarely (if ever!) had anything to do with looks. Sometimes, chemistry just happens! Sure, it’s a bonus if the provider is drop dead gorgeous to you. But it’s just icing on the cake, really.

All that to say, I do appreciate pictures… But any touch ups (beyond protecting the SP’s privacy) are both unnecessary and counter-productive.

I agree with what you're saying. But professional photoshoots will involve touch ups. We as escorts have to get professional photoshoots done for our websites and ads. But that's also why many of us, myself included, post selfies on this forum and on other forums of social media like twitter. :)

To a degree I take the photos with a grain of salt anyway. In many instances they are so edited that the actual lady is pretty far from the promo shots.
