Definitely not a joke. Fortunately, men with this condition find other ways to make up for it, and they’re often aware of it themselves and may even develop preferences or kinks related to it.

Also, a lot of people on this board seem to assume everything is an attack. I’m clearly joking about the underwear, not about anyone’s condition. Gotta laugh instead of crying all the time.
