First, I want to say hi and thank everyone who has contributed to the wealth of information here as it has been valuable for me.

My next question is seeking the opinion of fellow members and agency reps in regards to booking agency ladies. I will be visiting Montreal in November and am interested in a few reputable agencies such as Eleganza, GOF, etc.

I have read the sticky regarding race and SP preferences in great length, it was an interesting read to be sure. This leads me to my question. When requesting a lady, should I mention that I am part of the visible minority? The reason this concerns me is that I do not want to end of in an uncomfortable situation if the lady has preferences (as she is entitled to) and to save some time and headache. A lot of the agency websites don't list restrictions for their ladies so it is difficult to select the ones that would be open to me.

I have seen independents in the past but it appears in Montreal agency ladies are the way to go. I prefer independents simply because I know I am speaking directly with the ladies and I can bring up my concerns with her directly. Therefore she has the choice of whether to see me or not. I do not know how it works for agencies and if the lines of communications are as open between the booker and the lady to relay this kind of information to her. In your experiences, which would you recommend? To keep quiet and hope for the best or to bring up this 'sticky' topic up-front with the agency?

Also, one last question. I will be staying in a keyed hotel unfortunately. Is it a good idea to suggest meeting the lady in the bar or something so that I can get her access to my room? I want to be as discreet as possible without alerting the hotel staff.

Thanks in advance!

Your concern is legitimate. If I were a visible minority looking to book a SP of a different race, I'd mention it. In my conversations with the girls, some of them have told me that they refuse to service certain types of clients. Why waste your time and put yourself and the girl in an uncomfortable situation? Do you want the girl to show-up and refuse you after you've waited all night and then be unable to find a replacement at 1 a.m.? That would suck.

you don't have much of a choice. you either meet her in the bar or out front.

I'm surprised to hear that and curious to hear more. Montreal is very multicultural, over a quarter was born outside of Canada.
and that is supposed to mean everybody likes everybody? get real...

I agree with Aeolus. Some girls (a very few) told me exact same thing !
So check before then is certainly a good thing to do.
And Montreal has nothing to with it as I understood it...

I'm surprised to hear that and curious to hear more. Montreal is very multicultural, over a quarter was born outside of Canada. It's inevitable girls run into clients of all stripes and colors.

Girls who work for reputable agencies can and do refuse clients for all sorts of reasons, race being one of many. Personally, I wouldn't want to do business with any agency where the girl doesn't have the right to choose, even if this means that she ends up choosing not to do me because she hates devilishly handsome white guys:). For some people, there are greater taboos than prostitution. I am not equally attracted to and aroused by every ethnic/racial group, so I can understand where these girls are coming from, no matter which side of the fence they fall on. Some of them are open and some of them aren't, but either way, none of them are wrong. It's their choice.

Bud, I'll PM you a link to a thread that you might find enlightening. I'm not going to post it here because it's already been hashed-out before, and it's better left dormant.

As my time in Montreal is short, I think I'll run with the independent scene as there are a few here that are very well reviewed. Thanks again guys!
