It appears that there are a number of agency girls that can be booked as independents. Back in the day, I do remember that girls like Maria Star would work for GoodGirls or even XO for a stint. It was never really clear at the time if you could book her as an Indy during her brief stints with agencies. But it seems that there are a few girls out there that can be booked as Indies that also work for agencies. It also appears that some of these girls can be booked through Twitter. Can someone explain how this works and do these girl charge a different rate when booked as Indies? It appears that the Montreal agencies tolerate this which is good. I know a agency in Toronto for example, where the owner will have inquisitions and fine girls working as indies.

There are at least close to a dozen girls that I can think of that do (or have) worked both at an agency and Indy at the same time. One great recent example is our favourite Chantelle who works for an agency in Toronto and as Indy in Ottawa. In most cases they charge as much, or more, as an Indy.
I have done it only a couple of times in my hobbyist career. Only with two girls that I had a special connection. I simply asked them directly if they were willing to see each other outside of the agency. Was ending paying less then the agency hourly rate and the girl was receiving more then what she was usually receiving from the agency. Financially, the catch is to find a way to meet them without paying big $ for an hotel or motel. Its not that easy to get the math to work. Its a lot of hassle for no real savings.

You are talking about guys that see girls as privates (I believe that this is what they call it in Toronto) after making a special bond with a long term customer. That has always happened. It seems that there are girls on Twitter that can be booked as indies that work for agencies. I assume that this is tolerated by the agency because they do so seemingly out in the open. Nothing is secret on Twitter, correct?
Yes, Chantelle works for Mirage in Toronto but Mirage also operates in Ottawa and I still think you can book her in Toronto through Mirage. Somehow, she is also part of the OIC at the same time as being a Mirage girl. And kudos to Mirage for allowing this to happen. I can remember an agency owner in down south offering a free hour to any hobbyist that could provide a private e-mail or phone number from one of her girls. I also know of a owner in another Province that outed one of her girls to her parents because she went Indy. This is a stark contrast to Mirage and this is why they will get my business as I try to find girls on their way up.

I have had agency girls give me their number to book without the agency. Just me but if I meet a girl at an agency I will continue to book with the agency.

It's actually a rarity. I think Hungry thinks because we can contact them via Twitter that they are indies as well. 3 times I messaged girl via Twitter to get the info I wanted and coordinate when to text the agency to make sure a booking would happen 
I could be wrong but Twitter is currently indeed a way for them to be more popular and be ready once they go full time indy.

Yes, you may be correct here. I could be wrong. Maybe it just seems like it? There are a couple of girls on Twitter that talk about Indy this Indy that and I see them on agency rosters.

Oh yes, and some girls don't want you even commenting in their threads. If you want to talk to them at least send them a 50$ gift card first or join their fan's only and pay them $30-40/month for a few photos. And don't forget Birthday month or Birthday quarter. Send them more gift cards. I'm waiting for a girl to say donate money to the local woman's shelter or a charity in her name. That I can respect.
All the mirage girls do this hungry, especially the 300/hour ones. Chantelle, jasmine, and Madison have twitter accounts and see clients outcall, but that’s Toronto...

Recently a bloke mentioned to me how it’s not good to post reviews because it becomes difficult to book his favs. I can’t emphasize enough if a girl wants to see u, she will make it easy for you to do so. stick with agencies if you can, someone will know who is with you @ all times, lot safer. Mind u they won’t bring a girl out from laval or some place for an hour session.

I mean, a girl working in an agency for 220ish and indy at 400 obviously hope she will be booked more as indy, but maybe she does not get "enough booking" to sustain herself as indy, and therefore can use the booking the agency find her on the side. But pretty sure she will work with the agency only when she has low business days. Can't blame her.

Yes, there are girls that work as Indy and also at an Agency -- even in the same town. And it seems the agency is fine with it.
AND...there are girls who work Indy (low key usually) and they KNOW that the agency would not like. (Not as "privates" as you say, but via DMs on twitter or whatever.) And the fee might be higher.
And it the word gets around, it could be trouble for them. So, be discreet, if you like the girl, and don't talk loudly here. Unless you know it is ok to talk about it.
