Just saw one of my favorites and we know each other since forever.
She did cowgirl, I lost sensation and my dick ran flat...
She got it back hard with a very nice bbbj and we resumed action in doggy style until explosion.:)
We cuddled afterward and at that time she confessed me that seven years ago, the whole pack of girls who where doing incall at her place just loved my dick.
I suddenly had a bit of nostalgia...
I know "performances" (strictly hardness) won't get any better as time goes by and I'm ok with this. Not sure yet if I will ever take pills....
The thing is, I don't care much anymore about being hard all the time. I can cope with it.
For the moment, I still experience great times and this is the most important.
In fact, I would consider it's very different from that time as I developed new skills to give pleasures to the ladies.
And I'm still developing new ones with a lady in her fifties. :)
Over times, sex is such a great and fantastic experience.

Eat healthily, exercise, and if you're overweight, losing weight can help since it's often a blood flow issue. Avoid alcohol. If all else fails, consider a penis pump or the blue pill?

I do eat healthy, I'm almost fit (very small love handles) with an athletic shape.
I do regularly crossfit training since a couple of years and recently started to compete in master pro (RX) category.
I never been in such great physical condition in my life and it's helping a lot.:)
My only weekness is alcohol but then again, it doesn't affect me much.

Pills? Why not accepting and assuming aging?...

Are you sleeping enough? Sleep deprivation can cause a significant decrease in testosterone production.
Maybe you should incorporate "beauty sleep" in your routine as I do. ;)

You got a point. I don't have any trouble to fall asleep. The problem is after deep sleep cycle I tend to wake up.
I got some good quality CBD. Maybe I should try it the night before. Anyway, I don't have anything to loose trying.

I feel that even if I do it proper way in every sense, "performance" will decrease with time anyway.
I just enjoy the moment when it's concrete. Kind of plug and pray situation. Ha!Ha!
I know some guys can't come anymore so it's not too bad. When well prepared I still experience fantastic times.
I can still explode like Peter North.:)

So far, aging hasn't taken too much of a toll on my performance, except maybe for the fact that I'm a one SOG guy, which I've been for a while.

The great thing about aging though is that the older I get, the less I care about the minutiae of life, such as what others might think of my perverted mind :)

I find this is a great advantage when being with providers, as most girls enjoy a man who assumes (?) his perversity.

I'm not sure how to say it in english, but "là où il y a de la gène, il n'y a pas de plaisir!"

You should take care of your sleeping problems, there are a few places called "Clinique du sommeil", they can help you with this.
Aging is not necessarily the main factor, I’ve met a few men in their late 70s and older who still had an active sex life, according to their spouses. Btw, never believe what men say about their prowess, go ask their partner if you want the truth!

I am an aging man, although I eat healthy and drink very moderately, I still smoke :), but my main problem is dealing with sleep apnea. Because of it I, sometimes go through periods where, I wake up several times a night, according to tests I did, my brain can run low on oxygen 40-50 times during a single night. Which means it has to wake me up to remind me to breathe.

I am supposed to use one of those machine to sleep but I just can’t sleep with a mask on. So obviously, this condition will affect my ability to maintain a rock hard erection when going through prolonged sleep deprivation periods. Luckily I get some breaks from apnea where I can sleep normally for full weeks sometimes, and I do see a major difference in my ability to get a solid boner.

When I first started dealing with the erection issues I was already been struggling with apnea for years so I didn’t connect the dots right away. But I noticed that I was still waking up in the middle of the night with a raging boner that would not let me get back to sleep so, I concluded that blood pressure was not the problem. My doctor confirmed that to me later but told me to take my sleeping problems more seriously as it surely is affecting my capacities but also, would significantly reduce my life expectancies.

For me waking up 3 times a night to pee sucks, waking up betwee 5-6, seeing a SP requires a cialis the night before unless I have seen her a few times.

I'm very actively involved with research into this topic, i.e. aging. Although I hesitate to give details because I don't want anything to be tied back to me.

I would still like to share some words of encouragement. We're still far, yet at the same time not so far off from understanding the biological foundation of the aging process and reversing certain markers of it.

Take a look at this guy, for example, he is 57 years old: https://www.instagram.com/iamedsonbrandao
I have about the same body. Aging doesn't changes what's under the hood.
I would not stand a baby face like this in a mirror. I like more my aging "mean" look.
Too much hair for me. My dad was bald and my uncle on my mother side was a pool ball.
I don't know why you present such an "unacheivable" goal to reach.
I don't care about look.
I care more about being healthy and healthy doesn't mean you look young.

Yes, there is a difference with lifespan and healthspan.

A lot of the first practical applications of this kind of research actually focus on healthspan, which is exactly what you're describing. Not just physical aspects but also eliminating or controlling mental defects like dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

Basically, the goal isn't to live longer but to enable living a good, enjoyable, and healthy life for as long as possible within the natural human lifecycle.

That said, there are longer term goals with this kind of research that specifically focus on radical life extension far beyond what's currently believed to be the maximum expiration date of a human body.
If research is able to keep me hard without pills and and explode like Peter North, I’ll checkout.:)
That being said, great chances result of these researches will only be accessible to rich people…I think it’s the odd thing about research founded by rich people and big companies.
Like a quality of life segregation.
