That Lamb and Tomato Sauce recipe sounds like a good one for my Crockpot.

I just discovered this old thread. Great idea.

This is really lamb stew. Before serving I would sprinkle the top with gremolata - finely chop together parsley, garlic, and lemon peel. A really nice addition.

Would be great served with couscous.
