Interesting that a nerve agent (think of RAID and its action on ants) is used, as opposed to the radioactive plutonium laced tea that was used to poison Alexander Litvinenko back in 2006.
It seems like the 33 year old daughter who was visiting from Russia was not an actual target but rather someone who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, much to the detriment of her health.
Russia clearly was not happy with this guy.
