My vote - A 51 year old white man sees two dark men in a bar. The first man yells at the other two "get out of my country". He leaves and comes back with a gun shooting both of them plus a white bystander who had tried to help end the loud argument. One man killed. The killer then drives to another bar 70 miles away and describes the shootings (I killed two Muslims) to the bartender who calls the cops who take him away. The killer thought the dark men were Iranians. Actually they were extremely skilled Indian (most likely Hindu) technicians working for an American company.
