Does anybody know if or TC can introduce Sexualy Transmitted Diseases (STD) to the man?

You may want to search past discussions. I don't think that the "tc" part would increase the risk to the person on which it is being performed. Of course, any contact of mouth to genitals, mouth to mouth, or genitals to genitals could pass something between the people.
