They need a young actor to execute a 5 or 6 film deal. Gibson is 30. Daniel Craig did 5 films in 16 years- Amazon isn't likely to be any more efficient in making 5 movies within 16 years. You hire someone over 40 and they age out of the contract which, with the money being paid out, just isn't acceptable.

I understad, but what I said is that the guy looks like a kid, more than a man. Some guy look more manly at 30-35 and that's what I expect. Edit: A guy like Richard Madden, way more sex appeal.

I wouldn't consider myself a Bond fan, but Brosnan was my favorite. Probably cause I'm a 90's kid and played a lot of Goldeneye on N64.

They're in a tough spot. Go with another white British guy to appease the long-time fans and traditionalists? That demographic is likely shrinking. Will the younger crowds want movie #26 (?) of more of the same? Would casting someone other than a white, British man make any difference?

My guess is that they will try to shake things up in the near future. Probably gear it towards the youth by making it a prequel with some teen/early 20s guy as Bond.

The new Bond in the video game, lol.

Dunno...I know ppl are complaining about it, because it takes place when he's so young. But it could be interesting.

I'll buy it if the reviews of the game are good whenever it comes out. It could influence the future movie franchise if it does well, so we'll see.
