On a side note ; It's worth mentioning that not only Milky Way, cocktail Atwater, and Barroco, but also other restaurants and cocktail bars are all under the ownership of the same group.

Went to Stogies a week or so back, found it a pleasant bar but IMO the music they played was geared towards very young crowds ( hip hop ) went downstairs to use the washroom and in Londons ( pub on main floor, same owner ) the music IMO was far better and the bartender was amazing. Finished my cigar and moved downstairs. Do wish that the amazing looking females working upstairs were in Londons but can't have it all.
