Best Restaurant for Horsemeat?

Hmm, its been a while since I had horsemeat; the last time being at a Japanese restaurant where they served Basashi, horsemeat sashimi. Any recommendations for the cooked version?

How were my remarks sarcastic or even racist? Do you have some negative preconceived stereotypes about people who eat horsemeat?

No, I'm not Jbelushi hiding behind another name and I think I've been around long enough for people more intelligent than yourself to know the difference. However, I wouldn't be surprised if you are a sixteen year old kid living in his parents' basement posting in a board meant for adults.

You may want to take a step back before accusing anyone of being sarcastic or racist. DonBusch is a very well respected poster here and I'm sure in no way implied anything to be racial or sarcastic. You're not off to a good start here.

I've had a Moose steak at the Airport Hilton and Rabbit and Pigeon at the Queen Elizabeth but I had no idea that Horse was available. I didn't see it in the menu even at the Queue Cheval
