Enhanced Breast is a total turn off for me. However, if the SP has everything else extraordinary (Body, Face, Attitude, Service) then I am able to have a good session, but usually, it is a one time only try.

I prefer B, C, Big natural C and D are my prefered size as long as they don't fall (Saggy).

I chose All, So Long As Natural (If remade breasts look and feel resonably natural, then I would not mind, but obviously fake is a turn off). I agree with protagoras and czar. Breast don't exist all by themselves and they have to fit the shape of the woman. Ideally they should balance the size of the hips. A slim woman with small breasts looks good, but a large woman needs proportionally big breasts. Beauty is all about proportions and how the different features fit together. Ideally, I like firm natural C or D cup with large areolas and with a body to match.

Most of the SP I've been with in Brazil had well done fake breasts (which in the local lingo is called "turbinadas" and it's derived from the word "turbine") and I always was unable to perceive the diffrence. I have trouble seeing why Angelina went so far to have a radical double mastectomy with no sign of cancer present.
