Don't you have things backwards?
What is a client going to do with a video of an encounter where the SP does what she is hired to do?
I would be more worried about an SP recording the encounter with a client and then possibly blackmailing him or her.
And besides, some agencies/SPs actually offer that the session can be recorded for an additional fee - I have also seen many SPs in Montreal who wanted to have their picture taken or be video taped.
Not usually on the first encounter but later on subsequent ones.
And what they tell you in those ads about being able to scan and detect a hidden camera in less than 10 seconds is BS.
So are the outrageous prices they charge - you can make one of these "detectors" using a cardboard tube and a strong flashlight but scanning a room takes a while.
You also preferably want the room to be dark to get a good reflection from the lens.
This is yet another gadget where people prey on the uniformed to make big bucks.
