A couple of comments are useful, I think, especially for older guys.
Hey: it's a sport and get into training.
Get more sleep
Eat better
Get exercise
Lose weight.
(The T to weight ratio is rather important. I think.)
No smoking (of course)
No other drugs (well, some find pot makes em sexy...if so, then...)
De-stress (meditation, whatever)
Lower the alcohol; or none
There are some herbals that help some....play around till you find the right match for you.
And some pharma too. Already mentioned. (I thought Levitra was a step up. Maybe more in my head.)
Relax and enjoy. It's not the destination, it's the journey.
Put another way: a lot of men have some version of performance anxiety. That is, they want to prove (to whom?) they are a real slugger with their bat.
Most girls (ok, that's from a song)....want you to make 'em laugh. They do like a perfect dick too, but most girls want a guy who is real and can make them laugh.
Most girls....really like if you do something for them. (If I had only known that good at DATY would help so much, hell, I would have studied hard sooner. And it's FUN...well, with the right girl. But DATY is not the only thing. Massage is also big, to girls, per my biased survey. And other things.) Doing something for them I think ALWAYS pays big dividends.
Failing that (laughter), a guy who is fun (many definitions of that) and kinda cool to hang out with.
Then they (typically) want reassurance that THEY are ok. Pretty enough is classic. Sexy enough. That they did not mess up on THEIR performance.
Do the basics. Then relax and enjoy. Que sera sera. As Lady Gaga said: "Just dance. It'll be ok. Just dance."
