How careot dangling has been for me in the industry:
Email 1: Here is a long intro of the client, sounds respectful and have an exciting plan for a booking.
Email 2: I ask for screening and logistics. Cant help but getting excited and hyped up.
Email 3: Send a new question but not the screening or infos I asked.
Email 4: i answer and ask for the remaining infos so we can book.
Client ghost me :'(

And now I have to imagine what it would have been like and masturbate alone in my dark room. Crying.

A good bottle of wine is the best way to break the ice! I never know how to get rid of flowers, I always feel bad when I throw them away when they are dry and most of the time they don't fit in my trash. Bring me wine!

I'm glad wondering about logistics of flowers wasn't just me being a man.

I was speaking for myself of course. Our website gives a clue as to what we like in general, but flowers still remain a beautiful gesture for a first meeting.

It's probably better like that and it very probably means your screening process was appropriate...
I tend to never do long intro. It is more after the meeting is booked I send some amusing messages. Anyway, I always show up.

To be honest, I think a lot of us never have.

Nearly always bring wine or bubbly and snacks which is appreciated. But, once brought a gift to my ATF after a trip. I sensed that she was uncomfortable, as if she didn’t deserve the gift. Things were fine afterward, but I won’t be doing that again.
