Celine Is a Class Act

I always knew Celine was a class act, based on my personal interactions with her and based on some stories I've heard from the ladies who work for her.

But here's another example.

Take a look at Celine's site, and click on Alex. There's a message. She's no longer with the team, but here's her contact information, including her new website.

How many agencies in town would provide forwarding information on someone who leaves the agency? Not too damn many.

I fully agree with Big Hugo. Celine is indeed a breed apart in this business.

Reminds me of what my ex used to do: after we broke up (on very good terms, i must add), she'd line me up with her lady friends whenever we'd hook up to catch up on things. Her explanation was that there was no reason two good persons couldn't be together just because things didn't work out between myself and a friend of theirs. Her hubby always found it kind of odd that his wife and her ex remained the best of friends since the breakup and the hubby and the ex eventually became very good friends themselves.

If you have followed the story you will know there is a new gril starting her agency in MTL (maybe Alex herself?) anyway, the agency for whom Alex now works as been geeting help from Celine (sort of showing her the ropes if you know what I mean). I even read a message from Celine encouraging all to be nice to the new commer and help her out on her debut.

This is only my second expirience of such a helping hand approach, both of them in Quebec.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience booking through Celine. She actually answers her phone, during the daytime even, and calls back so as not to leave you hanging on for hours while your night wastes away. True professionals are hard to find, she is certainly one of them.

Yes, Celine is very easy to deal with. She's not the only one, I particularly like Martin of XXXtase too, but that sort of customer-oriented behavior is always appreciated.
