chateau de L'argoat / hotel Clarion SP friendly?

hi everyone, me and my buddy are coming to Montreal for a weekend and our first SP experience , we're wondering if Chateau de L'argoat and hotel Clarion (where we usually stay when we go to Montreal) are SP friendly or not?

or maybe you guys have any other good choice (around 100 to 120 / night, close to Ste. Catherine St)
