Hello, I'm on a trip to Montreal for a week and I bought a Chatr SIM at the airport. I tried contacting some agencies and I was told to contact them with a non-application number. I'm confused as I reached out via regular text messages, is Chatr not an allowed carrier or is there something else I should have done while buying the SIM?
