I see a number of indies charging $40-$50 for outcall "transportation fees." Maybe it's because I've tended to use agencies lately and haven't noticed these fees, but it feels kind of new to me. I don't remember this charge being so common in the past. Have indies always charged more for outcall?

I get it, sort of; they need to have a driver or pay for a taxi, and it takes time. That's understandable. But I'm curious whether these charges are a new thing or I just haven't noticed.

The agencies all have a $20 driver fee which accounts for the difference between the $200 incall fee and $220 outcall fee. That should tell you all you need to know about the market rate for transportation fees as a component of outcall service.

Yes but the same is true for agencies. The driver gets paid $20 and the rest goes to girl and agency so they are building that cost into the remainder.

I think this is a fair question. I always thought that if I was putting out 200$ to rent the hotel room that I was saving the escort money and it ought to be less expensive to come to me. What I did not realize is that many, if not all, already have this investment taken care of. Since they already have apartments or hotel rooms booked for the day, week, or month that there is no way that I am saving them any money. I am just an inconvenience by insisting that they come to me. For this I have to pay a small fee. I am willing to do this because I prefer out-call.

Last trip James set up a great threesome for me and to make things easier to schedule I offered to go to his in-call. I got stuck in traffic right in front of my hotel. I hopped out of the cab and had to run half way. I had a small piece of luggage with me and I was running to get ahead of the traffic jam so I could jump in another cab to get there...I arrived out of breath and sweating...I now appreciate what they go through to get to me. It is worth the fee. Believe me.

Around Montréal...
It depends of the ladies, I might say.

In my case, my donation is all included, even the transportation. And if I need to make an incall, I have to rent then, and this will be costing me more. I should logically ask more, because I am making a TKS (turn-key solution) adapted to a specific need. I very much more love to visit someone that to rent and receive. Old habits are hard to change, but I adapted myself to the needs of my sweet demanders.

The ladies who are asking for transportation fees might not all have a car. I'm sure that's playing in the equation.

Time spent travelling in a car is time not spent making money.

True. But time sitting at home because your prospective customers don't want to pay $40 to $50 for your driving time and choose someone else is time spent not making a lot more money. They're adult ladies. No doubt they will decide how they want to play it based on how the clients react. If charging $40 to $50 it is producing enough clients keep it. If not...there you go.

They've got to know they can beat out agency rates to add that much more to their charges. If they are sure they are making all they can then good for them. Customers have to adjust to them or go elsewhere. If they want to make even more, then they have to adjust to the customers.

I'm not going to complain about how they handle rates. I'll make a choice and be happy about it. So will they.

I had a small piece of luggage with me and I was running to get ahead of the traffic jam so I could jump in another cab to get there...I arrived out of breath and sweating....

I've had this kind of experience. It's a significant minus side for me. I like to be prepared, clean, rested, and relaxed. Going through driving in traffic, finding the place, aggravated, out of breath, sweating...then some of the places chosen for incall...sorry...NEXT!

In my case, my donation is all included, even the transportation.

No to mention the special taste of Spanish-French kisses. :)

I've recently wondered about this, too. While the major agencies tack on $20 for outcall, MTLGFE charges more for incall as do many independents. I still fail to see how the agencies that charge this believe it as fair to the clients since there are many agencies without incall that do not upcharge for the driver.

Also, if this is for the driver, then it should only be for the first hour. I inquired about this with one agency and got the reply that it was for every hour even though the driver will only pick up and drop off the outcall one time. I wanted multiple hours with someone but after I was told this, I kept it at one hour. Overall, I stick with agencies that do not charge the delivery fee.

Or you simply don't know. The same way you have no idea how much the electricity bill is when it's included in your rent. Not a lot of drivers work for free lol :p If agencies do not provide incall, what do you compare with then since there is no incall rate ?Their rate could simply include 20$ that goes to the driver.

I'm actually quite interested in the business side of things: marketing, pricing, etc. But I'm going to ask my original question again: are the $40-$50 outcall fees charged by some indies something relatively new?

I realized after posting the question that virtually all the escorts I've seen in the US and Montreal only had one rate for incall or outcall. For that matter, I'm not sure if the agency I've used recently in Montreal does incall or has different prices; they don't post that information and I've never asked. And most of the escorts I've seen in the US don't even do incall. In other words, I can't remember ever seeing someone who charges differently for incall or outcall. $50 is a lot to pay "extra" for outcall--which is A-OK, fine with me, no problemo. To repeat, I'm just curious whether $40-$50 is an old practice.

Hi, the 40-50$ i only saw this on indy sites and 1 agency
correct me if i'm wrong.

got to pay the driver, so extra 20$ is fine with me

but recently 1 agency wanted 30$ more for the driver, in all 250$
i booked elsewhere, felt like i was paying the driver twice

imho. when it's. 220 out, that includes the driver

Hello all

That all depends on how far the agency is traveling?
How many hours are booked ?
How many girls ?

Drivers are not only paid $20. distance being a important consideration .

I'm just curious whether $40-$50 is an old practice.

Very very old practice in Montreal

Cheers
