am growing a beard. So from reading. A beard does not irritate daty? Or does? Any guys get complaints from the ladies?

I prefer a fully shaved pussy (can I use this term in 2020?) or a landing strip. I’m not in favor of eating the entire bearded clam as they say. However, if a muff is all that’s out there I’ll dive right in. When in Rome....
Not sure you read the title hungry. Trying to read into your sarcasm. But i think we all prefer a shaved pussy.

I grew a little beard for the first time in the last year. Nothing crazy, maybe an inch in length, more of a long stubble really. I've only had one girl complain a little bit and all the others weren't bothered at all, at least they didn't tell me about it. I was wondering if kissing and DATY/DATO were going to be effected, but from my experience it hasn't caused any issues.

Now if you have a Santa Claus beard that might be a different story lol

That One Guy, I have for years had a goatee which is also "long stubble" - never more than 1/4" or so- but it's those shorter beards that are potentially bristly like brushes and they can be "stubbly" friction generators. My experience is that some women in general are sensitive to it and shut DATY down, and some are not. I think the best protocol is to ask the woman which category she is in before starting.

i have grown a goatee but i maintain it in a way that the areas that would touch the girl's face and V, to be short, as to not cause any irritation. Only 1 girl has told me her issue with my beard, after seeing her face all red after DFK, I've been careful and I haven't had any complaints since.

what baffles me, is that some guys are still rocking the single moustache... I don't get it.

That's a distinctive 70s look, and with Halloween upcoming, you can rock that "Disco Dirtbag" look for one night and one party anyway:

No we don’t all prefer that, but it is certainly not a deal breaker at least not for me.
I like a lady with a nice maintained bush.

I don’t like beards or moustaches, I find them irritating and itchy I tried once that was enough.

If you get past the 2-3 week period. And oil it. It is actually quite soft. Like hair. But I get it’s not for everyone.
i am rocking the Rick Grimes look and I love it

I agree with FlyingBy, you must get past 2-3 week mark and you don't feel it after. I actually color my goatee using Surya Henna Cream. Works well, and is good for around a week before I have to reapply.

I am sure you guys are right I shaved it off after 2 weeks.
It looks great on some men not so much on others, I don’t think it does anything for me.

Fradi maybe you need a second opinion. On a lot of older men a shaved head and goatee is a very very distinguished look. You only live once, give it a shot.

No thanks EB.
I actually still have hair and most of it is still not grey.
I am not into the aging professor or distinguished look I prefer a clean shave and hanging on to my own hair.
Age has never bothered me, everyone was young once but not all get to grow old.
Besides I become extremely distinguished every time I log into my online banking.

This is another matter of personal taste.

If you've worn a beard like me, you can make a more informed decision. I know the pros and cons.

Now I don't have a beard, and I think it's softer, because I'm shaving my beard right before she arrives.

For DATY, I think it's better without.

I had a beard for about 2 years, i loved it but thought it was a lot of maintenance to trim and groom properly and i got bored of the routine. I didn't go to barbershops, but i know some guys with longer beards do. These things are everywhere now.

The lenght i prefered was short to mid. While i got compliments that it suits me well, i also had a few girls telling me it was scratchy during DATY or kissing.

This summer i shaved it, i kinda have a babyface but i love it. The gray was an unstoppable invader in the beard, but my hair still resist the attack. I look 10 years younger for sure, not a bad thing. It's like rediscovering my younger self. No girls complained so far lol.
