Thanks,

Yes, medication and surgery in that area are a cause too. At least, when you know, you don't wonder what is wrong.

I don't like condoms(not used to it) but it's a necessity in all cases unless you have a trusted partner that you know have safe sex with others. That's another issue.

I, like you, take a negatif thing and turn it around. I enjoy my self more now. However, my bad shape don't allow me certain position for a long time.

Plus, I tend to laugh when I have good times with my SP so my erection goes soft like 50-75% hard. It goes too soft so I can't penetrate her. Either I HJ myself or let her or DATY her to return the favor.

Going soft is never a concern but I have always had trouble ejaculating wearing a condom. Now with the medication, I have not been able to yet so after all the MPOS itake off the condom and she HJ/BJ's me off and I have a great session.

Have you tried Viagra?

No, never did.

I'm not concern since I get hard easy. Otherwise, I would look into it.

In my case, it's not medication or surgery thus must learned to enjoy all aspect of sex. :D

Sorry that you are smiling but it's a serious issue for us that is less known/frequent. Most guys with ED can't get it up or are too quick. With us, we take much much longer.

After doing some research, many women have a trouble with that after a while. Sure, you are hard but it's a real issue on a relationship.

And if the couple want's a baby, it's tougher for them.

In fact, I'm 40 unless it's the new 20. But yes, I'm horny like a 20 year old now :D

but it's more fun being take care by an SP ;)

Seriously, I would not which that on my worst enemy. I'm lucky because I'm progressing faster than I expected. I did read men in relationship having that problem for years or having that problem with a new girlfriend.

I also found that I need 1h30 with an SP instead of the 1h00 most guys are taking. And, I don't cum in her most of the time. Now, it's mostly physical because she get too tired or get an orgasm before me. It only happened once so far because the SP was in very, very good shape. :D

That also increase my cost of seeing an SP too. Of course, I take the opportunity to know her more but still... I can't do it less often. :(

Started having delayed ejaculation lately. I believe in part due to a depression I’ve been going through. Not sure if that is why I’ve lost sensitivity in my penis. I’m presently 55. If I see an sp and I’m nervous I can actually come too fast, oddly enough. I’ve stopped masturbating to porn for a couple of weeks and haven’t noticed an improvement. Definitely this new problem is playing with my mind and causing me some anxiety. I will be seeing my dr. About my testosterone level. I’m in pretty good shape and work out regularly. Any cream that would help restore sensitivity? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks to all those that contribute to this forum.
if your depressed and take antidepressants that can be the cause.as well ed drugs can cause this and if you drink alcohol.if i wanted a long session in the past i used to have 3 beers 3 jack daniels acted like a viagra/
aphrodisiac for me i could screw for 1 hr to 1.5 hrs
as you get older things change they don't get better

If you are taking antidepressants that would be the first side effect.
Antidepressants are used to treat depression and anxiety. For what I know Pristiq and Cymbalta have the worst side effects related to sexual disfunctions but Wellbutrin does not have this type of side effect so if you are on medication you should talk to your doctor and maybe change.

jrod sorry I am no doc ...

But be happy that you are still getting hard right? It's much more problematic (I think) not getting hard then restoring sensitivity to explode...

I now know that once every 6-7 session I will not come. I just dont care anymore. And believe it has nothing to do with the "hotness" factor of the girl. Our penis is weird sometimes ;)

Cheers,

Achieving an erection and ejaculating is a very complex process. Thankfully, it's all explained in this video:

What Happens During Ejaculation?

It's actually the second most frequent male disorder, after ED. As a younger man, I experienced it when things just weren't "right" with the lady I was with, regardless of how long we'd been going at it. It was a trust issue.
Fast forward to now, radiation treatment for prostate cancer, and now I need the ED pills to perform. BUT.... the radiation also killed off most of the prostate's internal "plumbing", and the ED pills can actually act to swell up the surrounding remaining live tissue and in effect, choke off the final climax.
In January I was in Las Vegas with a lady I've known for over 10 years. She knew of my cancer and actually has a Ph.d. in Human Sexuality and is super attuned to my mood and physical condition. We were having wild weasel sex all over her house - first we trashed her newly renovated living room, then to the kitchen, then to the bathroom, then back to the living room. I was horny as hell, she knew just how to press my buttons, but it just wasn't going to happen. No harm, no foul....
I saw her two days later and she did some really kinky shit I've never done with any lady before (please don't ask, I can't believe some of it), and I ended up shooting the largest load I've had since my cancer all over her ass! It was running down the insides of her thighs! She looked just as happy as I felt!
So yes, prostate cancer can really screw up your orgasm, and the ED pills can make it worse! My solution? Wild, kinky sex I've only seen in the hardest core German pornos, but with a hot, smart blonde who wants it! Ka-ching!
