This is their (VERY) old website. I think it hasn't been updated for 2 years now. Other girls there do not work for devilish anymore.

My guess is that they simple forgot about that website and they do not update it anymore. I'm sure you can contact Chris in private and remove your pictures from there.

Kiki is a beautiful girl. Kiki, I can appreciate that better from the older photos (which look more professional) than from the photos on your current site. Maybe you should use the old photos or hire whomever took them to make new ones.

I've used Devilish several times and always had a good experience with them. They don't seem like the type of agency that would try to mislead clients in such an obvious way.

Being on their way to business is one thing but having my face on a site that I don´t work for and its been what like 3 years since I have worked with devilish!! There are really no excuses for this!!

It does not give them the right to keep pictures of past girls working for them.
I am also not the first girl that has had this problem. I really don´t care about the little excuses or why this or that. I just really want them to take them down!!!

I already spoke to Chris last month and he promised to remove them.

Again speaking to Migale the booker tonight, he does not have anything to say but excuses and he laughs!! I hardly find this a funny thing, I find it really disrespectful.

I loved working for Chis, this has nothing to do with how good his agency is, It´s about what he´s doing!!

I am putting up new pictures this weekend, I refuse now to do pictures with anyone. I am too scared to have the same thing happen. I don´t look anything like those pictures, I am now 22 not 19 when those were taken. Just ask Doc Holiday, who I had a awesome time with today!!

I wholeheartedly agree that it's wrong to leave up those photos and that site, but the fact that "anyone can see that" is now thanks as much to you as to Devilish, since you're the one who posted a link to a site that 99% of Merbites had either never seen or completely forgotten about.

Did you ever hear the expression: "When you find yourself in a hole, the first thing to do is stop digging."

My advice is to delete this thread (or at least the link!) and deal with the matter privately. The only way that most guys would really hold this against Devilish is if they were using your name and photos on the Devilish site.

Kiki, you should stop "digging" and delete the reference to the website...unless this thread is intended to be an example of the old saying "Any PR is good PR."

I have to say... Either a publicity stunt or Kiki likes to dig her own holes... What's the harm with a site nobody know about?

There are "time machines" on the web where you can probably find archived copies of this old site, even after Devilish take them out. Once anything is published on the internet, it's there for good and there's no way to know when it might pop-back out.

Also, this is standard in commercial photography that the pics belongs to whoever got them made and that person can use them without the model's consent 1- if the model worked for the person who had the pics taken and 2- the pics were taken for a commercial purpose. The only way around is some other agreements specified in writing.

In theory, any agency owner could legally reused the pics of any girls who ever worked for him in his publicity, as long as he doesn't imply the girl is still working there. Lots of agencies have girls no longer working there on their home/presentation pages.
