Do some SPs get attracted to their clients?

Like...let's say a client comes to a session and right away upon first sight, the SP gets really attracted to the client. Gets butterflies for him, so to speak.

Like...if the SP didnt meet him at the agency but saw that same guy in another scenario...like at a coffee shop or a bar or somewhere else and the guy approached her & asked her out, she probably would say yes.

Because a gut feeling tells me that i'm sure there's some clients that SPs meet and will have the hots for them but they gotta keep it professional & service the client.

I'd like to hear some opinions & perspective from SPs point of view also. Lol

Thoughts?

Or am I just talking crazy? Lol

IMHO, I'm pretty sure that attraction may go bothways. Though it certainly most time originated from the client due to the nature of the work: Ladies don't look at catalog of potential clients..
Personnaly I have encountered 3 mp/sp that in hindsight I'm pretty sure they were attracted to me. Statistically it's not much ;) but it is part of the trade that ladies protect themselves emotionnaly et sexually.
My two cent.

I became fond on some of my clients, I see them as friends as well as my clientele. The point in common is that even if we really enjoy each other's company and will give gifts to each others and trespass the professional limit, they never trespassed my boundaries and still pay me for my time. I think their respect of my time and I make for an amazing relationship where I am always eager to meet them and share with them precious memories. It might not be what you would like to hear or have as a relationship with a companion but for me who puts a lot of distance between my personnal and professionnal life, it's the most intimate I can get with a client.

However, I heard of providers meeting their romantic partner while they worked. You should'nt expect that kind of development though... it's like wanting to be friend with the waitress at your local coffee shop. They are being overly nice to you in part because it's their job. To remain a great client is to respect and be at peace wth that, in my opinion.

Yes, at the end of the day, they are people as well. Especially when a lot of time is spent with one another, there is chemistry and mutual respect, etc.

I am currently dating someone whom I met in the hobby. Was a regular for a year before covid happened, we had good chemistry etc. Ended up spending time together during covid, progressed to fwb to situationship to relationship. She hasnt worked since covid.

I am by no means good looking IMO, average at best. Attracted by non physical means lol.

I have been on an accidental date with a provider when I told her I would go on a date her... I thought I was booking a session, but she understood that to mean I was asking her out on a date.

She must have been somewhat attracted to me.

Or I've had providers call me cute, etc... and I guess preferred my company to other males who were less attractive.

Do massage therapists get attracted to their clients? Well, they must at some point even just a little bit...

In this case, I have my relationship, and he is the one who gives me butterflies. Doesn't mean I'm not human, and have seen a client before that had I not been with my master, fell under the category of what I would have dreamed up as before my master came along and earned the commitment I have for him.

? Keep it professional? Lol... for me this job as an indie is anything but professional. Or is all professional??? Hmm not sure... I get to have fun with the fact that I don't like professional distance, and am personal with everyone I get to meet. Professional often ends once paid and I let master know I am paid and safe, other then the demand of condom and safe play. Once the timer sound their time is up, it is time to go, but I don't see that as being professional either...

No we are humans, and personally people who make it feel like a professional interaction, make me not want to revisit them. It's what I refer to when I say I don't like transactional visits. And why I treat my screening like a dating app. It needs to be more than just sex for money or I don't enjoy it.

I went on several dates with service providers and eventually found myself in a satisfying long-term relationship.

However, a drawback of dating service providers is that their focus is primarily on their clients, unless you offer support to them.

It is crucial to accept their profession and refrain from interfering. If complications arise, the relationship may encounter difficulties.

However, if you can handle the responsibilities that come with dating a service provider, the relationship can be successful just like any other.

It is important to remember that service providers are human beings just like any random ladies in other professions.

The key lies in understanding how to navigate the challenges related to their work.

So, to answer your question, yes, service providers can eventually develop feelings for clients, similar to any other random ladies.

Hi Shantie.

Did I understand correctly that you don’t date, because you prefer the connection with your clients?

Surprising, not that there’s anything wrong with that. Didn’t you have a partner in your private life?

I do have a crush on one of my clients and I will never tell him because I think he would try and get more out of our relationship.
More for his money or more out of you (that you’re not prepared to give)?

She seems to be more interested in his money than simply having a crush on him. The reason she mentions that the client will try to get more is because if he finds out, he may try to exploit the situation and avoid paying her for every encounter. It boils down to elementary mathematics.

I agree. If a guy who knows it ask for freebies then it’s not good… This has to come from the lady but I guess at that time, if you do so, you are somewhat engaging in a relationship that get you out of hobby…
Gents should always reminds intercourses are butter on bread for ladies.
Anyway, I think gents in this position should instead fully enjoy higher mileage and many happy repeats as a reward.

I think its possible, especially with indies when you have a good connection. I've had some free round 2s and stayed longer than the time I booked but I never take it for granted.
