I never got one but I always regret it when I come down with a flu. It never occurs to you to have a shot, when you're healthy. You're oblivious and you simply think it's gonna last forever.
One of the health insurers in the US is making the flu shot mandatory for it's employees. They've figured out what I did years ago. When I had employees, I offered them paid time off if they'd get the flu shot.
