Nice is a bonus.
I noticed luxury big towels and an automatic mouthwash dispenser at an incall recently. Being able to adequately dry my giblets with the provided total was pretty nice, but not prerequisite I suppose.
Clean is a must.
Nothing quite kills the mood like stepping on a used condom or looking over while being ridden and seeing a skidmark on your pillow...
