Vid have some serious contact into the industry and I was working for a while in that industry too and even I never meet him I heard from many people that he's a real pro. I was told by a dancer that she was paid only $200 to make a porn movie. Is this the going rate?
The rate that the actress get's paid depends on if her name is known and also what treats she wants to give the viewers..... If she was paid 200.00 then I'm not sure how much of a movie it was... Or what part she played.... When I did some, minimum I got paid was 500.00 and I didn't really have to do all that much...
LOL .. 200$ for a scene ? actually it's very possible .. I've heard and know of some "day players" producers that do pay that, but we're talking b or C grade actresses. and if the rate is that low I can pretty much guarentee that they are shooting with a couple of Garage lights and a 500$ camcorder .. not at all the level of production i do.

Fo rthose that want to really know .. a model can make anywhere from 250$ (solo masturbation) to 1600$ (anal). It really depends on her experience, the sixze of the production and city in which it's being produced. Montreal used ot be a Haven for Silicon valley producers cus the girls are hot and cheap. however those days no more thanks to Asscroft, Gonzalis and Bush ... a couple of years ago they past a fast one on capital hill and made some changes to record keeping laws that pretty much make it illegal for amercian producer to shoot non american preformers. Though some producers have found loop holes and still come out here .. Just this summer I shot with west coast connection, last winter with Devil Films ... but with todays prices and the US dollar not being worth much, it's less and less profitable to shoot in Canada.
