if by private lender you mean loan shark, I believe it is 100%/year. If the rate is important to you, I know a guy in hawk who could tell me. If you want to get in touch with somebody like that to borrow money, all I can offer is advice. Don't under any circumstances. whatever you got going on, it isn't worth it.

my pal fled the country. the loan shark found him, and sold his loan to russians who live where he moved. they aren't as understanding as the guys here, who only beat him up. The Russians upped the ante (and the rate).

He has kids, and is now making payments regularly as I understand it.

HAs? not even close. There are a lot of Jewish and Irish private banks.
