True, but it'll be difficult to do since management is tight with the owner.
I actually think a very good coach may be able to do wonders with that team. A coach that doesn't have to take orders from the GM, that is. A coach that isn't forced to play players he doesn't want to play.
The solution to the Oilers is to get a true #1 goalie & build the defence. Everything starts with goaltending and defence when you want to build a competitive team.
