The Unthinkable Happenned Yesterday, My Home Phone Rang At 5am I Did Not Hear It Ring. But Later That Nigt I Came Home And Was Watching The Tv, But Then I Decided To Check My Voicemail.

Thankgod I Checked And Not My Wife Because The Message Went Like This:

"this Is (my Home Address)... Just So You Know Your Husband Or Boyfriend Is Having Intercourse With Escorts"

I Checked The Time Of The Call And My Caller Id And It Was An Unkown Caller At 5am Tuesday Morning.

Only Once Have I Had A Problem With An Agency And I Posted About It 3 Months Ago. It Was With Montreal Oriental Escorts, It Was A Bait And Switch Situation Where I Told The Girl To Leave And She Demanded 100$, I Said No And She Called The Driver, So I Had To Push Her Out Of The House Because She Was Blocking The Doorway So That The Driver Could Come In. He Then Started Banging The Door So I Called The Cops And Then He Left. I Have Never Heard From Them Again Until Yesterday

How Do I Know Its Them? Because They Also Called My Cell Phone At The Same Time(5am) And The Receptionist Had Both My Numbers Because We Argued Back An=d Forth On My Cell Phone And I Have Never Ever Had A Problem With Any Other Sp

My Wife Usually Listens To The Voicemail But Not Last Night

What The Hell Should I Do ????? Help All Merbites And Sp Providers Please Respond,

first-somehow??? try to verify this is the agency responsible then, as fmlvr above, call up agency & offer them the 100. easier than trying to explain to the SO why your changing #'s. (the switch will probably cost you that anyhow).

That really does suck can't stop, I'm not sure what to tell you but if you are sure it's the Agency you mention I guess at the very least posting the info here and calling for an all out boycott is an option (although I don't think many of us use that agency anyway).

It does seem a little odd that they are starting to mess with you 3 months after the original incident with them. Are you sure it's them and not someone else (maybe a personal grudge) screwing with you? How would they know you lived with someone?

Anyway I hope for your sake who ever it is leaves you alone - If you tell the phone company about your problem (you may want to leave the escort agency part out) there is a way they can trace the # for you even if the person uses *67.

You have given no info on the voice you heard. Please describe for the readers exactly what the voice sounded like. Was it male, female, deep, soft, French accent, Anglo-Canadian accent etc.? You are more likely to get assistance here if you can describe the voice. Perhaps based on your description a match can be identified.

I find it hard to believe that any agency would do this because if proven, this type of breach of confidentiality is a professional death sentence.

If it happens again and your wife hears the message just tell her it must have been a crank call. I wouldn't worry about it. From what you have told us they didn't mention your real name in the message, and presumably they do not even know it. They just know your tel#. I am guessing that you used an alias when you booked. Tell wifey poo if she hears a similar message it's BS, as they didn't even mention a name.

This is crazy. If you get a 2nd message, I suggest you record it before deleting it and post it here and on every other related site. If you somehow can get proof as to which agency is doing this, yell it across cyberspace in pertinent places. No hobbyist will go near such a deadbeat and sleazy agency. This place should be boycotted in the most severe way.

It happened to me a couple of years ago.

They actually succeeded to speak to my home nanny. I played stupid and I said: "Ohhh!... I don't know what's going on... must be a crank or a trick or something, I don't know".

First, what I would suggest to you, if you are register in the phone book, is that you can always claim that it's a stupid person that took the phone book, picked up a name and they called for a joke. As Spin mentionned, If the problem continue, you cloud always get maad in front of your wife and call the telephone company advising them that you are receiving unwanted phone calls from somebody who's playing a joke and you find it disturbing for you and your wife and ask the company if they have a way to trace those calls.

There's one thing, try to stay low profile in the escort business for a while to make shure that your wife doesn't get suspicious.

First, contact your phone company and ask them to block any unidentified or blocked calls from coming through.

Second, deny, deny, deny and deny some more.

After all, who's your wife going to believe? Her husband or some schmuck on the phone who doesn't even know your name? (Although they can probably get your name from the property records or reverse lookup on the 'net).

yeah i think that is the best advice, even if its a bit late... You risk so much doing it at home, pay the extra 30/40$ and go someplace else. And don't give your home phone number! Don't even call with your home number. Wort case senario, call on your cell phone!
As for what to do now, I really think you SHOULDN'T pay the guy the 100$. What you would be telling him is: if you mess with my private life, ill do anything you want. And he will probably ask for more...
And maybe you should warn your wife. Even if you lie to her saying something like: some guy called and left a message but I have no idea who he is, and what he's talking about... (but not being married, im not sure if its that good of an idea...)
