This is a situation that was going in my haydays a escort agency operator .

Some of my competitors had eyes on a few of my girls so they booked them with friends phones and complicity of their friends as soon as they arrived in the room the paI'd the girl and Identiced himself has the bOSS of such and such agency
and if you come to work for me I will pay you more then what you have I lost some girls because of this as I sure many are still are .
My clients at the time that was a very dishonest practice !
I just don't the opinion of clients of owners that does that practice .
My worse case was the girlfriend of a competing escort agency that came and work me .
Luckily me aND my partner where close enough that we where notified of the attemps.

Do business we a agency owner that turn tricks .Hummm
not really for me ,what about you?

You Know the major problem I went trough with this is the competing owner of mine was booking my girls and promising things he couldn't deliver .
When you pay your girls a certain percentage not only that counts but the quantity of calls she has also counts.
The quality of clients or none quality also counts .
Every experience reasonnable active booker has a blacklist of clients in doesn't want to serve
However it is a known fact also that some bookers doesn't really care who the girl meets as long as he gets paid .

Turning tricks is a indication of his personality.

In that case, the lost girls will realize that and will come back flocking to you, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Well you are right in the fact that the girl would love to flock back however you can't really take them back because you will
loose respect of your faithful girls

The owner turning tricks creates many irreversible damage to the SP career .

However each Booker may think differently I know many for who it's a no no

Another situation that I went through the owner Booker was sending friends of him to have the SP go to his agency with promises he was not able to sustain.

I remember a young 18 years old SP that started working for 1 day after her 18 th birthday she was a hot Blond spinner .
She worked 8 months with me when she was offered a better place with better condition .Lol

She left two weeks later she called me back to get her job back! Hummmm.

Grass is not always greener on the other side, young people have a hard time understanding this.

It's not the girls fault nor the competitor if the old agency was cheap and not giving what is deserved.
