I am sure it must be tough to deal with some of the emotional scars an ex sp has to deal with and even worse when they have no money to show for it. For many i believe in some ways the temporary making of big money for most sp's is also a negative. As it gives them an unrealistic view of the value of money and once the big bucks stop coming in and they get a normal paycheck they are lost.
I think CA's post deserves careful consideration. Before I go on to clarify why, I want to say that the ladies I've had the pleasure to meeting at the GTs and on the board have distinguished themselves by their normality, their intelligence and their articulateness. At this point, how many will women will be able to look at their lives and say that they are in a better position than when they entered the business? I suspect that those who can say yes will be in the minority.
