I just asked her and i would save quite a bit, people were talking about saving 20 bypassing the middle man but based on what she told me i would save 70 thats quite interesting in my opinion also no extra charge for a bit more time talking.That's one problem with arranging direct with the girl. The parameters are unknown and up to the girl compared to an agency which have set parameters that you know of. In the end best to discuss with the girl before hand as to your expectations and if there is any social or free time. In the end you bet or you don't bet on the outcome.

Many agencies are paying $150 per hours on $200 ,we are not only talking by passing the middle here but also having a additional rebate not counting the expenses of the traveling .

Yeah exactly save 70 on every hour + its outcall and she needs to drive like 25-30 min to get at my place. (wich is included in the price)

I did saw a girl for about 1 year that I had met at a popular agency. She used her time there to build a clientele that she liked and wanted. She worked there for about 6 month and then just saw regulars while finishing her study. I even helped her for some courses
These things happens. I guess the agency could have fired her if they had discovered, but why doing that? She was popular the time she was there and that's it.
