It seems like was basically hunting for an opportunity to have a confrontation with a fellow member of Congress. It is not really clear to me what he hoped to accomplish.
Maybe he hit on her and she was like “got a BF bitch and his name is Bernie, now make like a Yo-yo.” She prob gets hit on a lot.
