HOW COOL IS THIS ....The Quebec Soccer Federation has managed to kick its way into the record books by organizing the largest soccer practice ever Saturday.

Thousands of young soccer players took to the pitch in Laval to participate in the event, which was organized to mark the federation's 100th anniversary.

The turnout of 2,127 players broke the previous Guinness World Record.

Federation president said it shows the growing popularity of soccer in Quebec.

"The last 15 years we jumped from 50,000 players to 200,000 thousand players," he said, adding he is impressed with the effort of the young players.

Organizers say their feat should be printed in Guinness Book of World Records by the end of the
