"Filter by" options

We used to be able to filter posts by keywords, now the only option is "started by". I am referring to the "filters" option on the top right of the screen. Searching by keywords used to make it easier to find a lady's review in the incall or outcall section. Could you please add this option? Thanks!

Thanks, I noticed that, but I was referring to something else. I attached an image of where I used to be able to just search within a thread. If I remember correctly, we could search without the option "started by'. I could be imagining things too...

The option used to be directly on the thread, but what you showed me works too and should do the job. Thank you for your help!
